Breakers is one of our most popular three-bedroom cottages since it is so close to the beach, is surrounded with sand for kids to play in and does not have another cottage in front of it. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. There are two twin beds in one bedroom and one queen in each of the other two bedrooms. There is one bath with a shower and an outside enclosed shower. The living room has a couch and sitting chairs around the fireplace and glass doors that provide plenty of light into the living areas. The kitchen has tiled countertops and tiled floor and is fully equipped for cooking. The cottage has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. The picnic table and charcoal BBQ are in the sand just outside the screened-in porch.
