Rental Terms-Cottages may be rented weekly or by the day during the off seasons (two-day minimum except holidays, which are three); minimum of one week Memorial Day to mid-October.
Maximum
Occupancy-The maximum
number of people (including children) is 2 for one-bedroom cottages, 4 for two-bedroom cottages, and 6 for three-bedroom cottages.
Deposit Policy-A 50% deposit check is required for all cottages with reservations. All balances are due and payable upon arrival either by cash, traveler's check, or personal check. We do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation Policy-The deposit minus a 15% re-rental fee will be refunded as soon as the cottage is re-rented and the next person's deposit is received.
Standard Equipment-Each cottage is provided with blankets, pillows, bedspreads, dishes, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, toaster, stove, refrigerator, microwave, charcoal barbecue, and picnic table. Each cottage has a telephone, fireplace, gas heat and screened porch. There are no televisions or air conditioners.
Housekeeping Policy-Please remember that these are housekeeping cottages. Each cottage should be left neat and clean for the next tenant.
Pet Policy-Pets are allowed with prior approval before Memorial Day and after Labor Day for an additional charge.
