Oceanside is a three-bedroom cottage that can accommodate 6 with a queen bed in each of two bedrooms and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The living room and two of the bedrooms have cooling ceiling fans. A separate fan is in the closet for the third bedroom. Through the screened porch you enter the living room with fireplace, couch, and sitting chairs. The dining table and chairs are adjacent to the updated custom kitchen which is fully equipped for cooking with full-size refrigerator, gas stove, convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. This cottage is a split-level design with three steps up to the bedrooms and bath with shower. Oceanside has a roof-top deck where you can enjoy distant views of the ocean or the roses and flowers in the front yard, while relaxing in your Adirondack chairs. There is also an enclosed outside shower, BBQ grill, picnic table and clothesline. For the kids, there is a large sandy area behind the cottage for games and play.
