These 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages are located 19 miles from Provincetown's whale watching boats and 3 miles from the art galleries, shops, restaurants and harbor in Wellfleet Center. Best of all, they're just steps away from the top of the sand dune that leads down to LeCount Hollow Beach at Maguire's Landing and the Atlantic Ocean.

Reservation Policy

Our cottages are available for rent from April 1 through October 31.
The cottages are rented with a one week minimum from
Memorial Day weekend to mid-October.
Before Memorial Day and after mid-October, some cottages
have a two night minimum stay requirement, others require 3 nights and still others are one week only (cottage owners decide).
Our water and septic systems are sized for the maximum occupancy allowed to protect our fragile area. We cannot allow even one person over the maximum for each cottage.
The maximum occupancy for one bedroom cottages is 2 people (including babies)
The maximum occupancy for two bedroom cottages is 4 people (including babies)
The maximum occupancy for three bedroom cottages is 6 people (including babies)
Pets are allowed in some cottages(for an additional charge and with prior approval) only during the periods of our Spring and Fall Rates. No pets allowed in most cottages in July or August. Some cottages have a no-pet policy at all times (again the cottage owners decide)
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a cottage. All balances are due upon arrival and are payable by either cash, traveler's check or personal check. (We do not accept credit cards)

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are viewed by the owners of Surfside Cottages as security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. If you must cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded (minus a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the total rent amount) as soon as the cottage is re-rented for that reservation period and the next renter's deposit is received.
If the cottage is not re-rented for the same reservation period, the deposit is forfeited.
Sorry, no refunds given for early departures. Try as we might, we cannot guarantee weather.

Other Policies

Each cottage is equipped with: blankets, pillows, bedspreads, dishes, pots, pans,
cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, toaster, stove, refrigerator, microwave, charcoal barbecue and outdoor picnic table. Most cottages also have a telephone, fireplace, gas heat and a screened porch.
Only a few cottages have satellite TV. If the cottage description does not mention TV, then there isn't one.
Please remember that these are housekeeping cottages (no maid service).
Each cottage should be left neat and clean for the next tenant.
Sheets, pillow cases, towels, including beach towels. and household paper products are not provided.
Linen rentals are available for the week, with advance notification, for $15.00 per person.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm each night. During "Quiet hours," all guests are asked to restrict their activities, both inside and outside of their cottages, to those that do not impact their neighbors. This includes, but is not restricted to, those activities that may awaken a sleeping child next door.
