It has one queen size bed in each of the first two bedrooms and a twin and a double/twin bunk bed in the third bedroom.  There is one bathroom with a shower and it also has an enclosed shower outdoors.

New in 2010 Sea View has a completely new kitchen with granite countertops, a 5 burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes and offers wood floors throughout, ceiling fans in the living room and two of the three bedrooms (the third bedroom also has a fan ), new furnishings including a futon couch and comfortable chairs, fully-furnished porch with a sofa, table, chair and rocker, great lighting, and a new deck just off the screened-in porch near the charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table.

This cottage is laid out in a split-level design.  From the screened porch you enter the fireplaced living room that is open to the dining and kitchen areas.  Three steps up bring you to the bedrooms and bathroom.

There is also a roof-top deck that comes complete with a hammock, lounge chairs, dining table with a 12 foot umbrella, and a 4 burner gas grill with side burner.

There is a large sandy area behind Sea View for children games and play as well as plenty of space outside the cottage for family events.

This cottage rents from Sunday to Sunday with a weekly price that ranges from $1,100.00 to $3,000.00.  Shorter stays may be possible before June 15 and in October, please ask.
