Surf King is laid out in a split-level design.  From the screened porch you enter the fireplaced living room that is open to the dining and kitchen areas. Three steps up bring you to the bedrooms and bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a  refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes.  Outdoors, there is a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and a clothesline. A coin-operated
laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers.

There is also a sunny roof-top deck with distant views of the ocean.

While Surf King fronts Ocean View Drive, the parking area and entrance are actually off of an unpaved, dead-end side road with a split-rail fence enclosing the yard area.

This cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that ranges from $1066.00 to $2,400.00.  Shorter stays are possible before June 15 and in October.
