Surf Side, only 400 steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, is a spacious two-story, three-bedroom cottage that has undergone extensive renovations and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a very large screened in porch the entire width of the cottage with a large sunny deck above it that is great place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee and relaxed drinks in the evening. The living room has a fireplace, comfortable seating and a dining area. Off the living room is a bright, newly redecorated bedroom with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen is completely renovated with hardwood floors, a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has been totally renovated and includes a skylight and a tiled floor. The back door opens to a yard with an enclosed outdoor shower with seating area, BBQ grill and picnic table. The two upstairs bedrooms have been completely renovated. The first, with a queen bed, has two windows to welcome the beautiful morning sunrise. The second bedroom has two built in twin beds. Both rooms have cathedral ceilings, beautifully refinished hard wood floors, skylights, ceiling fans, and tons of closet and dresser space. Surf Side cottage will make you want to come back to the Cape again and again
