Seaview is a three-bedroom cottage that can accommodate 6 with a queen bed in each of two bedrooms and a twin and double/twin bunk in the third bedroom. Seaview has been fully updated in 2005/2006 and offers wood floors throughout, ceiling fans in the living room and two of the three bedrooms (the third has a fan also), new furnishings including a futon couch and comfortable chairs, fully-furnished porch with a sofa, table, chair and rocker, great lighting, and an awesome deck. Through the screened porch you enter the living room with fireplace, couch, and sitting chairs. The dining table and chairs are adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped for cooking with full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. This cottage is a split-level design with three steps up to the bedrooms and bath with shower. Seaview has a roof-top deck complete with hammock, three lounge chairs, dining table with a 12 foot umbrella, and a 4 burner gas grill with side burner. In addition, this awesome cottage has an enclosed outside shower, clothesline and a new deck off the porch near the charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table. There is a large sandy area behind Sea View for children to play in, and has plenty of space outside the cottage for family events. The picture of the beach was taken 390 paces from Seaview. No pets please.
