You enter Ebbtide through a screened porch that opens into the living room with fireplace and, next to that, a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, pots, and pans. From the living room you go up three steps to the bedrooms and bath. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Outside, Ebbtide has an enclosed outdoor shower, BBQ grill, picnic table, and a wonderful roof top deck. You can hear the waves, see the water, and watch the stars at night.   No pets and no smoking allowed.

The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes.  There is a charcoal BBQ and picnic table just outside the screened porch.  A clothesline is provided and a coin-operated laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers.

This cottage rents in-season from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that ranges from $1300.00 to $2,550.00.  Shorter stays are possible before June 15 and in October.

There is a charcoal barbecue and a picnic table outside and chairs up on the deck.

This is strictly a non-smoking cottage.
